Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Makes 4 large stuffed mushrooms.

  • 8 oz (4 large) mushroom caps
  • 3/8 c melted butter
  • 1/2 c finely chopped spinach
  • 1/2 c crab meat
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 t garlic salt
  • 1/4 t lemon pepper
  • 1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • dash of Tabasco / hot sauce
  • 1/2 t white wine
  1. Mix all ingredients other than mushrooms together.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F.
  3. Remove mushroom stems, scrape, and rinse.
  4. Top mushrooms with stuffing mix.
  5. Place in 8×8 baking dish.
  6. Bake 15 minutes.
  7. Broil until golden brown.
