Makes 4 large stuffed mushrooms.
- 8 oz (4 large) mushroom caps
- 3/8 c melted butter
- 1/2 c finely chopped spinach
- 1/2 c crab meat
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1/4 t lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
- dash of Tabasco / hot sauce
- 1/2 t white wine
- Mix all ingredients other than mushrooms together.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Remove mushroom stems, scrape, and rinse.
- Top mushrooms with stuffing mix.
- Place in 8×8 baking dish.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Broil until golden brown.
