Baked Tofu

  • 14 oz extra firm tofu
  • 1 T corn starch
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T soy sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Prepare baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Press tofu to remove water.
  4. Cut into ~1cm cubes.
  5. Toss tofu with corn starch, oil, soy sauce to cover.
  6. Spread on baking tray.
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes, flipping half way.
  8. Broil 3-5 minutes to slightly crisp.
