Rice Bowl

  • Rice
  • 2x extra firm tofu
    • 2 T corn starch
    • 2 T olive oil
    • 2 T soy sauce
  • pickled onions
  • edamame, cooked/steamed
  • broccoli, cooked/steamed
  • carrots, shredded
  • cucumber, diced
  • mixed vegetables, cooked/steamed
  • avocado, sliced/diced
  • toppings:
    • sesame garlic sauce
    • sweet chili sauce
    • sweet and sour sauce
    • olive oil
  1. Cook rice.
  2. Bake tofu according to Baked Tofu (double recipe).
  3. Combine as desired.
