- Rice
- 2x extra firm tofu
- 2 T corn starch
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T soy sauce
- pickled onions
- edamame, cooked/steamed
- broccoli, cooked/steamed
- carrots, shredded
- cucumber, diced
- mixed vegetables, cooked/steamed
- avocado, sliced/diced
- toppings:
- sesame garlic sauce
- sweet chili sauce
- sweet and sour sauce
- olive oil
- Cook rice.
- Bake tofu according to Baked Tofu (double recipe).
- Combine as desired.
