- 14 oz extra firm tofu
- 1 T corn starch
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T soy sauce
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Prepare baking tray with parchment paper.
- Press tofu to remove water.
- Cut into ~1cm cubes.
- Toss tofu with corn starch, oil, soy sauce to cover.
- Spread on baking tray.
- Bake 25-30 minutes, flipping half way.
- Broil 3-5 minutes to slightly crisp.
