- Salmon:
- 12 oz salmon fillet
- 1 t olive oil
- 3/8 t cayenne pepper
- 3/4 t chili powder
- 3/4 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 3/8 t black pepper
- 3 T lime juice
- Salsa:
- 3 c chopped pineapple
- 3/4 c finely chopped red onion
- 3/8 c finely chopped cilantro
- 1 jalepeno, chopped
- 3 T lime juice
- 3/4 t chili powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil grates.
- Coat salmon with olive oil and season evenly with remaining seasoning ingredients other than lime juice.
- Cook 6-8 minutes skin down and another 2 minutes flipped.
- Combine salsa ingredients in medium bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice on salmon.
