Smoothie – Green

  • 1/2 c oat “milk”
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 T turmeric
  • 1 T ground flaxseed
  • 2 T oats
  • 1 T peanut butter
  • 4-6 slices cucumber
  • 2 banana (chopped and frozen)
  • 3-5 frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 c frozen blueberries
  1. Blend oat milk and spinach.
  2. Add everything else and blend.
