- 1/2 c oat “milk”
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 T turmeric
- 1 T ground flaxseed
- 2 T oats
- 1 T peanut butter
- 4-6 slices cucumber
- 2 banana (chopped and frozen)
- 3-5 frozen sliced strawberries
- 1/2 c frozen blueberries
- Blend oat milk and spinach.
- Add everything else and blend.
